CALDRY 100TM Utilizing multiple layers of aluminized polyester, CALDRY 100TM achieves the task of being a highly effective but economical solution to static free moisture barrier packaging. It meets the MVTR, EMI/RFI/Static shielding requirements of MIL-B-81705 REV. L, TY. I and EIA 583. CALDRY 100TM provides full protection from static fields and tribocharging. CALDRY 100TM also replaces the costly nylon/foil laminates with a 3.6 mil multi-layer composition. Featuring a low MVTR Moisture, it is also available to meet MIL-B-81705 REV. C, TY. I, CL.I. CALDRY 1500TM CALDRY 1500TM features an incredible 38-pound puncture resistance, which not only provides superior drop test performance, but also is the best choice for the vacuum packaging of trays, reels, and tubes with sharp edges. Because CALDRY 1500TM utilizes the most current metallizing technology, its moisture barrier performance exceeds foil laminates for low MVTR, particularly after flexing. The multiple layer construction of CALDRY 1500TM provides full protection against ESD, EMI/RFI and tribocharging. CALDRY 200 This construction is ideal for packaging of critical electronic components where protection against ESD and moisture is necessary. Its conductive buried aluminum shield layer provides EMI shielding and a very low MVTR. With an outside layer of Tyvek it provides excellent puncture resistance. CALDRY VF125 This construction is ideal for packaging of critical electronic components where protection against ESD and moisture is necessary. Utilizing an aluminum foil layer, it provides EMI shielding and a superior MVTR. This material contains no amines, amides, or N-OCTANOIC acid, and is polycarbonate compatible. CP STAT 110 CP STAT 110 meets all the requirements of MIL-B-81705 REV. C, TY. I. This product is opaque and heavy duty, and provides electromagnetic and electrostatic shielding for superior protection of critical electronic components. |
