CP STAT 100
CP STAT 100 is a strong material with high abrasion resistance and excellent electrostatic shielding properties. With a durable five-layer buried metal construction, this material offers exceptional protection from holes and tears as well as product-damaging static. Your semiconductors, microcircuits, resistors and other assemblies will stay protected from static charges and other factors that could damage these susceptible products.
We can customize CP STAT 100 to meet your specific business needs. It's available in zipper, recloseable lip and tape and flat styles, as well as in bottom gusset, side gusset and T-seal configurations. We also offer custom six-color printing and thermal transfer printing.

CP BLACKSTAT 100
CP BLACKSTAT 100 is a black conductive packaging material composed of polyethylene and compressed carbon. The carbon in the bags works to disperse electrostatic charges, which allows BLACKSTAT to safely store static-sensitive electronic components and explosive devices that are susceptible to sparking.
In addition to protection against ESD, these black conductive bags can also provide protection against abrasion, ultraviolet light and moisture if heat sealed. The construction of CP BLACKSTAT 100 displays high levels of puncture and tear resistance, which helps provide additional security.
