• Moisture barrier: Water vapors, humidity and other types of moisture in the atmosphere affect moisture-sensitive products. CALPAC 100 metalized packaging keeps moisture from getting to the product.
• Oxygen protection: Oxygen can reduce a product’s quality. CALPAC 100 acts as a barrier to protect the product from the effects of air exposure and oxidation.
• Odor barrier: The odor barrier quality of CALPAC 100 keeps odors from the atmosphere out of the bag and away from the product. It also retains the product’s scent and flavor in the packaging.
• Vacuum packaging: Vacuum sealing removes all the air from the package’s interior before it’s sealed. CALPAC 100 is strong enough to withstand vacuuming and flexible enough to form around the product’s shape.
